High strength steel plate pressure quenching heat treatment production line is suitable for high strength steel plate, armored bulletproof plate (military 616, 6211, etc.), wear resistant plate (NM400, etc.), etc.  The production line consists of feeding system, protective atmosphere roller bottom quenching furnace (gas or electric), quenching press, roller bottom tempering furnace, unloading system, cooling water circulation system.  The production line adopts fixed quenching mode, by reasonable design, using balance quenching, the thin steel plate gets high flatness by keeping the pressure, avoiding soft points and win excellent comprehensive performance.

Engineering machinery crawler plate heat treatment production line  

Using full roller bottom transmission and transportation, especially used for tempering and tempering heat treatment of engineering machinery crawler plate (material 25MnB, 25MnCrB, etc).  The production line consists of feeding system, roller bottom quenching furnace, quenching machine tool, roller bottom tempering furnace and unloading system.  It is a fully automatic and high precision heat treatment production line which integrating many processes such as quenching heating, quenching, tempering and controlled cooling.  After quenching and tempering, the track plate has excellent mechanical properties and less deformation.
