Q1: What kind of stainless steel materials do you have?
A: We supply stainless steel coils, sheets, strips, circles, decorative stainless steel sheet, and custom stainless steel fabrication, etc.
Q2: How can I get price quotation?
A: Please contact us with detailed order information, such as quantity, steel type, thickness/width/diameter, surface finish, etc. and delivery port. We will provide C&F price based on the information.
Q3: Can you provide samples and how long can I get samples?
A: Yes, we can offer samples free of charge, but the cost of freight will be paid by customers. Depending on the sample needed, it takes 10-15 days for us to send out the sample.
Q4: What is the MOQ about products?
A: One 20' container's can load 25 - 27 tons. Our C&F price will be based on one container's quantity. You may have different steel type or different sizes in one order, but one order requires a minimum of one container.
Q5: How long can make the shipment and delivery?
A: For coils, it usually takes about 15-20 days; for sheets or circles it usually takes 25-30 days.
Q6: How does your company control quality?
A: We strictly control the quality during the manufacturing and processing. In addition, we take videos and pictures for all the materials we make for record during production, processing, packing and loading.
Q7: What is your payment terms?
