Stainless Steel Water Ripple Decorative Sheet Stainless steel water ripple sheets are widely used in wall and ceiling decoration due to its strong decorative and fashion effect. It has the advantages of easy to clean, maintenance free and fingerprint-free, etc. If there are stains, just wipe them with a cloth.
304 stainless steel is the mostly used material for decorative water ripple panels. Due to the relatively high humidity and salinity in the air along the coast, 304 stainless steel sheets are easily rusted, thus 304L stainless steel material is mostly used as a replacement.

The quality of 316 stainless steel is better than 304 stainless steel 316. On the basis of 304 stainless steel, 316 is combined with metal molybdenum, which can enhance the molecular structure of stainless steel. So that it has higher wear resistance and oxidation resistance, while greatly improving the corrosion resistance.  Classification 

Embossing machine stamps the water ripple patterns on the stainless steel sheet, embossing rolls are usually treated with corrosive liquids. The depth of the bump on the plate varies with the pattern, about 20-30 microns. Color of the water ripple plate can also be customized. In the production process, the body and the coloring layer are integrated. This preserves the basic structure and properties of the original stainless steel.

As usual, the thickness of the water ripple decorative plates is 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm and 1.2mm. And most widely used colors are silver and gold. Thickness, length, width, colors and patterns can be customized.
