The Process of Manufacturing -Hexagon Bars

Hot Rolling

Herein, the temperature of the metal should be greater than the recrystallization temperature, or it should be such that it can alter the grain structure.

Cold Rolling

This method is performed at the room temperature, and the temperature of the metal should be below the recrystallization temperature.

Cold Drawn

Similar to Cold Rolling, this process is too performed at room temperature, but in this process, the steel culminates into the wire like spokes of a wheel or paper clip.

As per the customer's specifications, steel undergoes any of the aforementioned processes, and they are then transformed into requisite shapes such as the stainless steel hexagon bars.
