post tensioning thread bar: Chenggang has successfully developed psb830,psb930, psb1080 series ultra-high strength finished rolled steel bar containing vanadium by taking advantage of its unique vanadium resources.The product passed the inspection of national construction steel quality supervision and inspection center.Widely used in long-span bridge construction, large frame structure, high-rise buildings, hydropower, nuclear power, mining and other projects.

 

Characteristics: all hot-rolled steel bars of chenggang adopt vanadium microalloying production process.Contain vanadium titanium, high strength, corrosion resistance, save material, no water penetration.Product core, edge organization uniform, "inside and outside", can better withstand the impact of larger external forces, reinforcement does not break, to ensure the safety of the building.

PSB930, yield strength 930MPA, tensile strength 1080MPA, elongation after fracture 6%

PSB1080, yield strength 1080MPA, tensile strength 1230MPA, elongation after fracture 6%

The thread steel bar has no rib, which can be screwed by hex nuts

our factory could design and produce thread bar accessories: hex nut, domed nut, bearing plate, coupler and spring.
