1.During the 2017 Canton Fair,a customer who came from Bolivia bought 500 tons hot-dip galvanized steel pipes from our company.After the Canton Fair ended, the Bolivian customers returned to the country to pay the deposit, but due to the market situation, raw materials rose by 300RMB in just two days. By the time the deposit was recieved, the order was already under deficit. However, we still insisted on fulfilling the contract, which laid a solid foundation for long-term cooperation with customers.

 

2.In 2016,Hanjin shipping company went bankruptcy.Our company had 14 container that were unloaded by Hanjin shipowners to Singapore. It was originally intended to go to Yangon, Myanmar. In the condition of the customer's balance was received, our company try our best to transfer the goods to Yangon Port as soon as possible, and took the initiative to bear the additional expenses.This action has won great trust from customers.

 

3.We have a Japanese customer,we experience factory visiting at the beginning, produced samples, sent samples to customers, tested samples, negotiating and a series of processes, tracked down one year before actually placing orders. After that, the cooperation of several orders was very smooth.

 

4.In December 2016, a major customer from Malaysia visited our factory,the he also visited other factories in Tianjin. Due to his large volume of orders, our offer was five dollars more than the other,so we didn't get the order. Later, the other party's factory did not deliver the goods to the customers on time, and the quality also occured some problems. The second time, the customer placed the order for us,and we both very satisfied with the cooperation until now.
