2. Chemical Composition for  AISI 316L stainless steel plate 
3.AISI 316L stainless steel plate surface:
   2B,BA,Hairline-HL,No.4,brush,8K,Polish,SB,Mirror finish.

No. 1	Hot rolled, annealed and discased. Produced by hot rolling followed by  annealing and resealing.Generally used in industrial applications, such  as for heat or corrosion resistance, where smoothness finishing is not  of particular importance.
2B	Cold rolled ,this is produced as 2D finish, but a final light rolling using  highly polished rolls gives the surface a smooth, reflective, grey sheen. This is the most widely used surface finish in use today and forms the  basis for most polished and brushed finishes.
Hairline	Cold rolled ,polished with abrasive belt of grit #150-#320 on the NO.4 finish and  has continuous streaks, mainly used as buildings ornaments elevators, door of building, frontal plate etc.
BA	Cold rolled, bright annealed and skin-passed, the product have excellent  brightness and good reflexivity like mirror, kitchen apparatus, ornament etc.
8K	Cold rolled,The product have excellent brightness and prefer reflexivity can  to be the mirror.

5. Packing and Delivery
    a) Packing: seaworthy wooden pallets,water proof paper,pvc film,interleaving paper,
                       in 20' or 40' container or as per customers' requirements.
    b) Delivery: products in stock can be prepare within 3 days after receiving deposit.
                       Products as your order can be finished within 15 days under 500 tons.

  1)Regular cleaning and maintenance
  2)Pay attention to prevent the occurrence of the phenomenon of surface scratcges
  3)Use soap,weak detergent or warm water to remove surface dust,dirt
  4)In addition to the surface of the binder with alcohol or an organic solvent
  5)Use neutral detergent or ammonia solution in addition to surface oil
  6)With 10% nitric acid,abrasive detergent in addition to the surface of embroide caused by the dirt.
