2. Properties & Applications:
It exhibits high impact toughness and good resistance to softening at elevated temperature.The steel also exhibits good resistance to thermal shock and thermal fatigue cracking,and relatively small dimensional changes during hardening.It is suitable for forging dies of all types,plastic moulds,hot shear knives,punches,backing plates,die holders etc.

3.Process: EAF+LF+VD+ Heat Treatment (Annealed,Normalized,Q+T)

4.Delivery condition: Forged or hot rolled, machined surfaced or black surface, annealed or Hardened&Tempering as required.

5.Inspection: 100% Ultrasonic according to the test standards:SEP1921-84, GR.3 CLASS D/d

6.Packing situation: Standard seaworthy packing or as customer required.
