8 Application :

1.2510/ SKS3/O1 die steel is a high-carbon high-chromium leestenite steel, which is also a widely used cold-work die steel. The steel has good hardenability, wear resistance, and hot workability. The carbides are well distributed in the steel and are available It is used to manufacture various cold work molds with complex shapes and heavy working conditions, such as cold die punches, thread rolling dies, wire drawing dies, material dies, metallurgical powder dies, woodworking cutting tools, cold cutting scissors drill sleeves and gauges. During our research and development, after repeated exploration and testing, we have developed a reasonable smelting process and special ingot molds and forging processes to make the material structure uniform and consistent.In addition, we are bold and innovative in the processing of standard materials.
