We are Beijing Beiye Functional Materials Corporation, one of the biggest manufacturer of producing functional materials in China, including soft magnetic alloy, elastic alloy, controlled expansion alloy, bimetal, superalloy(strips, bars, cores and wires).
Our predecessor is Beijing Shougang metallurgical research institute, having a R& D history of over 60 years.
Beijing Beiye Functional Materials Corporation is equipped with the up-to-date equipments, reliable inspection measures, flexible and normative management, full variety of products and thoughtful service. Many of the equipments were imported from developed countries, such as 20 high reversible cold rolling mill and DIL-TMA thermal expansion gauge from NETZSCH of Germany; 3 MT VIDP vacuum induction melting furnace and vertical strand annealer for bright annealing from Austria; Tc600 nitrogen/oxygen determinator, RH404 hydrogen determinator, and CS600 carbon and sulfur determinator from LECO company, USA; AA600 atomic absorption spectrometer (AAS) from PE company, USA; 810.22M teststar TM II s servo-hydraulic material testing machine from MTS company, USA; SY-8232 B-H analyzers and ZSX100e X-ray fluorescence spectrometer from IWATSU and Rigaku of Japan respectively.
Beijing Beiye Functional Materials Corporation successfully passed the certification for the standard quality management system GB/T19001-2000 idt ISO9001: 2000 in October, 2001.
Beijing Beiye Functional Materials Corporation has implemented a series of quality control procedures. Strict inspections are conducted on every product between working procedures to guarantee the quality of the products.
Beijing Beiye Functional Materials Corporation enjoys close collaborations with Tsinghua University, Beijing University of Science and Technology, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Northeastern University and Chinese Academy of Sciences, and it also serves as the practice teaching base for those universities and research institutes.
