Founded in scenic Tianjin Shuangkou Industrial Park in 2011, Tianjin Chentai New Materials Group Co., Ltd. (TCT) is a new high-tech enterprise incorporating R&D, manufacturing and sales. In developing and manufacturing "black annealed steel coil, silicon steel coil, metal clad plates/sheets (aluminum-steel composite coil, copper clad composite steel coil) and new siliceous magnetic sheets", the company rapidly becomes a leading enterprise in this field.
At present, TCT subordinates Tianjin Huangtai New Energy Saving Materials Co., Ltd. And Tianjin Rongtai New Composites Co., Ltd. In April, 2011, the company invested RMB 1 billion Yuan in the 1st phase construction of its industrial base which took an area of 260 mu (173500 sqm) with construction area100, 000 sqm and was completed in 2014. The running of the 1st phase project would bring to the company the capacity of producing 200, 000 tons of black annealed steel coil, 200, 000 tons of silicon steel coils and 80, 000 tons of metal clad composite coil /sheets every year. The annual value of production would be RMB 5 billion Yuan. The products are widely used in the industries of electromechanical equipment, electrical appliances, aerospace and ocean navigating projects, military, automotive, chemical and pharmaceutical equipment, medical devices, decoration and energy-saving motor making.
After the completion of the 1st phase of the project, TCT would extend its production chain from both ends to form an overall operation system of "New Products R&D---Materials Production---Core Products Manufacturing---Deep Processing" which would realize a production value of RMB 10 billion Yuan. As an industrial base of the high performance metal materials, TCT will, adhering to the operation idea of "elaboration, exquisiteness, boutique and delicacy" with the spirits of "being enterprising, realistic, innovative, dedicative and cooperative", endeavor to take with pride the leading place of the new metal materials industry in China and make a brighter future.
